BambooHR is an excellent HR software that simplifies employee management, from onboarding to performance tracking. The user-friendly interface makes it easy for HR teams to manage employee data, track time off, and generate reports efficiently.  One downside is that some advanced features, like performance review customization, are only available in higher-tier plans, which can be pricey for smaller companies.
